People Operations Lead
Anchorage Digital is seeking an experienced People Operations leader to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee experience by optimizing key people processes, programs, and technologies. As the People Operations Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining HR systems excellence, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting global workforce needs. You will play a key role in developing and upskilling the People Operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and goal setting in alignment with company policies and philosophies.

Technical Skills:
- Oversee all aspects of People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, policy management, compliance, and system administration.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws worldwide.
- Develop and update people policies and procedures according to organizational and workforce requirements.
- Track and analyze key people metrics to guide decision-making.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Lead strategic People Operations projects to improve operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

- Collaborate with other departments to develop processes aligned with company goals.

- Build trust by being a primary resource for employees regarding people policies and processes.
Team Leadership:

- Lead hiring processes and resource planning for the People Operations team.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in HR or People Operations, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in HR best practices and employment laws.
- Familiarity with Dayforce technology.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to rapid changes.
