Role Summary:

We are in search of a versatile and seasoned People Ops Generalist with a recruitment specialization to bolster our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process and providing broad People Ops support across diverse functions. Responsibilities on Duty:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, encompassing job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Devise and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various channels like job platforms, social media, and networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp staffing requirements and offer guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Establish and nurture robust candidate pipelines meeting both current and future hiring needs.

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, including organizing team-building activities, implementing employee recognition programs, and conducting surveys.
  • Provide training to managers and supervisors on best practices for performance evaluations, lending support throughout the review cycle.
  • Infuse performance feedback into talent development programs, succession planning, and career enhancement initiatives.

Employee Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Plan and manage new hire onboarding activities like completing paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and familiarizing new employees with company policies and culture.
  • Act as a resource for new employees, addressing queries, facilitating a seamless transition into the organization, and setting them up for long-term success.

HR Administration and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS in adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Support HR administrative tasks, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and aiding in performance management.

HR Policies and Procedures:

  • Assist in devising and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment while ensuring legal compliance.
  • Conduct HR training sessions as necessary to educate employees and managers.

Profile Fit:

  • 3-5 years in a People Operations role, with a focus on Recruitment for at least 1-2 years.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in managing full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse is a prerequisite; experience with Namely is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with candidates and employees across all organizational levels.
  • Proven creative thinking and innovation skills with the ability to introduce novel ideas for new hire success and employee engagement.
  • Strong organizational proficiency with acute attention to detail, adept at handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Quick adaptability to learning new technologies and operating in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Discreet handling of confidential information with the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
