Main Responsibilities
- Evaluate, address, and mitigate risks associated with listed tokens by establishing risk control structures to ensure project and operational safety.
- Utilize both on-chain and off-chain analytics for root cause analysis to investigate incidents and propose data-centric solutions.
- Coordinate project requests from external partners such as rebranding, token swaps, mainnet integration, and airdrops.
- Manage operational requests including legal agreements, risk control systems, and bot improvements.
- Supervise project implementation to ensure effective delivery, encompassing stakeholder management and compliance with SOP protocols.
- Optimize frameworks and procedures to enhance request handling and implementation efficiency.
Requirements
- Practical experience in on-chain data analysis and a comprehensive understanding of blockchain ecosystems and token economics.
- Proficiency in data querying languages (such as SQL and Python) and familiarity with analytical tools like Dune, Flipside, and Nansen.
- Strong communication skills and aptitude in stakeholder management, encompassing negotiation, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
