The Opportunity

Crypto.com seeks a Product Design Manager to lead a team of designers in the Exchange division. The role involves shaping design strategies for various products across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with product managers, and fostering a positive environment for the team to deliver top-notch designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide designers through collaborative design processes, feedback, and overall direction.
• Create designs to guide product and feature development, enhance idea communication, and offer design support.
• Collaborate with different product managers overseeing features in the Exchange regarding timelines, delivery schedules, and priority setting.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to designers, fostering a positive design environment conducive to their professional growth.
• Establish, update and maintain an effective design process for the team.
• Share expertise and knowledge in design, training fellow designers.
• Organize and conduct user research activities like user interviews, focus groups, and usability tests.
• Understand and implement the broader vision and goals of the company by working closely with the executive team.
• Present and convey design directions, decisions, and rationales to cross-functional teams.
• Actively participate in the exchange activities, identifying and addressing design and product issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leading trading team.
• Trading experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional design understanding and skills, adding value to the team.
• Extensive background in designing B2C digital products for global markets.
• Well-rounded portfolio showcasing digital product and service designs.
• Profound knowledge of user-centered design and UX principles with a strategic vision for designing roadmap collaborations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality products.
• Track record of leading and mentoring design teams.
• Innovative leader with a clear creative vision aligned with business goals and adept at executing ideas with the design team.
• Submission of a portfolio is required for consideration.
