About the role:
- Employ your comprehensive range of product design and user interface design skills, from ideating with stakeholders to collaborating with engineers in implementing your detailed mocks, all while delivering top-tier UX/UI that helps define a new collecting category.
- Identify users' main concerns, drive tangible enhancements for users, and provide compelling experiences that will encourage fans and collectors to share socially.
- Develop customer-centered designs that incorporate customer feedback, user research, data, leading design trends, and technical limitations.
- Establish scalable and flexible design systems to maintain clean and simple design patterns and customer interactions, ensuring consistency across our range of products.
- Champion design by regularly sharing your work and presenting cross-functionally, while being able to precisely explain your design rationale.
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future of Dapper Labs products.
- Find the balance between speed, quality, and consistency of design while considering design versioning to deliver user value with each iteration.
A little about you:
- Significant experience in designing visual systems for mobile and web applications that are intuitive, streamlined, and efficient.
- Constantly seek out better approaches to achieve tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, research tools, and prototyping tools.
- Web3/blockchain/digital collectibles experience is not a requirement, but would be a valuable asset.
- A team player with a product management mindset, capable of multitasking, and adept at fostering collaboration in problem-solving.
- Proven track record of creating seamless customer journeys using design thinking and agile, iterative product development processes.
- Skilled in deconstructing complex design challenges and transforming them into simple, user-friendly solutions, both individually and as part of a team.
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating experience in managing design processes and projects, supporting design systems, handling complex user flows, and successfully releasing functional, intuitive, and visually engaging products.
- Gaming, social, or media experience is highly advantageous.
