Key Role Overview:

As a Product Growth Specialist, your role will be pivotal within our marketing team, requiring a unique combination of product management and marketing competencies to drive innovation and growth, particularly in consumer sectors. This position necessitates a profound comprehension of our products, target markets, consumer needs, and a knack for utilizing data to guide strategic decision-making. You will lead research efforts, formulate and implement marketing strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to realize growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor studies to identify target segments within the cultural, finance, and payments domain for current and upcoming products.
  • Formulate and execute robust marketing strategies, employing A/B testing to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to ensure harmonious strategy execution and product development.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive growth initiatives, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Expedite the ideation and market readiness of new products, ensuring alignment with market demands and corporate aims.
  • Engage with engineering to ascertain product capabilities, constraints, and areas for innovation.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns and product launches, offering actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Develop and implement holistic growth marketing strategies with a strong focus on products in the finance and payments sector.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to bolster user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and user journeys to enhance conversions and revenue generation.
  • Employ data analytics tools to monitor, measure, and analyze crucial performance indicators such as user engagement, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing and CRO experiments to refine marketing campaigns and enhance user experiences.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide insights on product features, user experience, and go-to-market strategies based on customer feedback and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in product management and/or product marketing, preferably in consumer, Web3, tech, or software sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capability to utilize data for data-informed decision-making in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional market research expertise translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams (product, marketing, design, engineering).
  • Innovative mindset with a history of identifying growth and efficiency opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
