Product Manager Role Overview:

As an ideal candidate for this position, you possess a proficient background in product management with a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between end-users and engineering teams. You thrive on collaborating with the developer community, engineering experts, product marketers, and the business team to execute a product strategy that leads to satisfied customers. You have a specific interest in constructing blockchains that offer innovative cryptography solutions in both the web3 and web2 landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Lead the strategy, management, and roll-out of blockchains and web3 tools such as wallets, block explorers, javascript libraries, APIs, and SDKs.
• Maintain and advance company-wide standards/frameworks in conjunction with engineering teams for seamless implementation.

Product Development:

• Identify, prioritize, and monitor emerging requirements in our Product roadmap.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making methods in product prioritization and development.
• Oversee the 3rd party solutions team in creating code samples across various languages to simplify developers' consumption of our products.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing teams to drive widespread adoption of tools and products within our ecosystem.

Stakeholder Management:

• Foster a robust developer community.
• Share product plans and KPI-related progress during company-wide team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical proficiency in blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, decentralized applications, and cryptography.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in web3 product management, or minimum 5 years in a related field like tech or fintech.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and experience with diverse analytics tools.
• Demonstrated communication and project management skills including organizing product roadmaps emphasizing MVP definition, iterative development, and effective communication of strategy, implementation details, and outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills suitable for interacting with senior management and colleagues from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Experience with DeFi, NFTs, or other blockchain applications.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Previous involvement with startups, particularly in the web3/blockchain industry, is desirable.
• Fintech experience is a plus.
