Product Manager - CS Internal Tools & Operations

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle of Customer Service (CS) management systems, with a focus on Quality Assurance, Performance Management, Learning & Training platforms, and Notification Centers.
- Manage and enhance multi-channel service tools like Ticketing Systems, Email, Whistleblowing, and Outbound tools to ensure smooth operations for global CS teams.
- Employ AI and automation technologies to modernize traditional management processes, such as AI-assisted QA scoring, automated performance reporting, and intelligent task allocation.
- Collaborate closely with CS Management, QA, Training, and Compliance teams to pinpoint operational challenges and develop scalable product solutions that meet complex business needs effectively.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize internal tools by monitoring critical usage metrics and facilitating ongoing enhancements to minimize administrative burdens.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher along with 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within CRM, SaaS, B2B internal tools, or Contact Center systems.
- Strong familiarity with CS operation workflows such as QA, Training, Performance, or knowledge of ticketing systems like Zendesk or Salesforce is advantageous.
- Demonstrated logical and systems thinking skills with the ability to design intricate workflows and permission structures for backend management consoles.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders in a fast-paced global setting comprising Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Dev teams.
- Proficient in data analysis with a good grasp of applying LLM/AI techniques to internal operational scenarios.
