Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proactive Product Marketing Manager who can strategically analyze the market to drive our success. In this role, you will shape the go-to-market strategy, deeply understand our target audience, and influence product development, marketing, and sales strategies. We are interested in candidates who can effectively combine strategic thinking and hands-on execution and can articulate compelling messages to customers and team members.
Responsibilities:
Go-to-market:
Define messaging and positioning strategies
Conduct field and competitive research
Develop buyer personas and user personas
Contribute to the formulation of the go-to-market strategy
Sales enablement:
Create sales enablement materials to enhance win rates and drive product adoption
Collaborate with Sales to address industry trends and sales requirements
Product:
Work in tandem with Product Management to prioritize the product roadmap
Lead product release communications to facilitate greater product adoption among new and existing customers
Marketing:
Introduce new products and features to the market
Contribute to campaign planning and lead nurturing strategies for lead generation and conversion
Partner with PR and Content teams to create articles, blog posts, etc., that showcase the company effectively
Engage with industry analysts to underscore our position in the market and demonstrate why we are the top choice for customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in crypto, FinTech, etc., is advantageous but not mandatory
