Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and marketing throughout the lifecycle of our spot trading platform and crypto card product. Your role will involve understanding the customer perspective, bridging the gap between product development, growth initiatives, and creative endeavors to construct engaging narratives and data-focused campaigns that enhance adoption, retention, and credibility. Think of this position as a mix of the strategic outlook of a product leader and the imaginative flair of a storyteller.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop and implement the product marketing strategy for spot trading and crypto card sectors.
  • Create compelling messaging and distinct value propositions to set us apart in the competitive market.
  • Define and enhance user personas, use cases, and customer pathways.
  1. Launch Execution
  • Lead the GTM planning for product and feature launches, collaborating across teams such as product, design, communications, and growth.
  • Generate impactful marketing materials across various channels like the website, email, social media, in-app, and video.
  • Work in collaboration with PR, content, and community teams to extend the reach of launches externally.
  1. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
  • Collect and analyze market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to guide strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to discover insights that can enhance product and messaging.
  1. Growth & Retention
  • Team up with lifecycle and growth teams to establish acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Refine conversion flows and user onboarding experiences through data-driven tests.
  • Identify chances to boost engagement with new features, rewards, and incentives related to the card.
  1. Performance & Reporting
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns using analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar software.
  • Adjust strategies promptly based on data insights and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, with a preference for fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech startups.
  • Demonstrated track record of launching and expanding B2C financial products or platforms successfully.
  • Profound understanding of centralized exchanges, crypto spot trading, and payment card ecosystems.
  • Exceptional communication and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Highly collaborative, with a background in working efficiently across different departments in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
  • Experience in regulated industries or financial services is an advantage.
  • Bonus points for familiarity with DeFi, Web3 wallets, or community-driven growth.

What you'll do
 
Manage the end-to-end handling of English content across all business lines for our platform and sub-sites — including translation, editing, contextual polishing, and localization. Average daily output: ~6,000 words.
Work with a wide variety of content types: website localization (with SEO optimization), app UI copy, product and technical documentation, marketing materials, Help Center articles, and legal/compliance documents.
Monitor and enhance language quality across all departments, ensuring zero complaints on language service.
Maintain and customize termbases in collaboration with the team, focusing on crypto and finance sectors and aligning with industry standards.
Help develop and maintain multi-scenario style guides to ensure user-friendly content across emails, announcements, and listing campaigns.
Build and continuously optimize the translation memory database.
Act as a language expert, collaborating with product, operations, and legal teams to offer localization strategies — especially for culturally sensitive content.
Implement and integrate CAT tools (e.g., Phrase) and machine translation engines (e.g., DeepL, Google MT), and provide real-time feedback for improvements.
Deliver regular language quality reports, including error categorization, improvement suggestions, and best practices.
 
What you'll need
 
Proficient in English (professional level).
2+ years of experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry — beginners will not be considered.
Proven experience in English translation or proofreading, with knowledge of CAT tools (proficiency in at least one CAT tool preferred; flexible on this requirement).
Located in Asia (preferred).
