Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, manage office maintenance, book meeting rooms, handle vendors, and process office expenses.
  • Work closely with Admin Managers to manage daily administrative tasks such as office facilities, company assets, procurement of office supplies, and fixed assets management.
  • Provide support during company events organized by the Admin team.
  • Coordinate with building management.
  • Manage employees' leave and handle their queries.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced company.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, as you will interact with colleagues and office guests who are Mandarin-speaking.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand the needs of internal teams.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
