Your Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Hadrian, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion initiatives by securing qualified meetings for Account Executives (AE). Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, engaging in outbound calling campaigns, following up on marketing leads, and supporting various marketing activities like account-based marketing strategies.

You will collaborate closely with an Account Executive in a specialized team and report directly to Tim Ager, our Head of Sales. Exciting career growth opportunities await, leading to potential leadership roles within the SDR team or progression to becoming an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate a pipeline of new business through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Execute outbound calling campaigns, follow up on marketing leads, and schedule BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Enhance prospecting efficiency by utilizing LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other sales tools
  • Support marketing activities, including account-based marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German
  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software
  • Minimum 2 years of SDR experience
  • Strong qualification skills (BANT or similar)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as SFDC or HubSpot
  • Desire to engage with prospects via telephone
  • Ability to manage multi-touch campaigns and execute outbound campaigns
  • Demonstrated ambition and success as an SDR
