As a Corporate Security Guard at CleanSpark, you will hold a key role in maintaining the safety and security of our corporate office, assets, and remote monitoring systems. Your responsibilities will include enforcing strict security protocols, safeguarding personnel, and sensitive information to create a secure and productive environment for both our corporate team and remote operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Access Control:

  • Oversee access to the CleanSpark corporate office to ensure only authorized personnel and visitors enter.

  • Surveillance:

  • Utilize advanced surveillance technology to monitor on-site and remote activities, reporting any anomalies or suspicious behavior promptly.

  • Maintain detailed records of surveillance findings and incidents.

  • Patrol and Inspection:

  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of corporate premises and monitoring infrastructure to detect and neutralize potential security threats.

  • Proactively address security vulnerabilities through preventive measures and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Emergency Response:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents.

  • Coordinate with emergency services as needed and adhere to established protocols for various scenarios.

  • Customer Service:

  • Provide professional assistance to corporate employees, visitors, and contractors, offering guidance and support.

  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills to foster a safe and welcoming atmosphere within the corporate environment.

  • Report Writing:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security-related activities.

  • Compile comprehensive reports and submit them promptly to relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with security personnel and other departments to maintain a cohesive security framework.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to address security concerns and implement proactive measures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of law enforcement or military experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in security or related fields preferred.
  • Previous experience as a security guard or in a related role.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills for logging and reporting.
  • Physical fitness to perform security duties for extended periods.

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid State Driver's License.
  • Honorable discharge from military service preferred.
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must pass a Nationwide Background Check.
