About this role:

As a vital part of our team, your primary responsibility will be engaging with customers in real-time to address their inquiries and concerns through various channels like live chat, email, and social media. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective handling of complaints and feedback related to our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborating with different departments to address customer feedback and complaints.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with both company partners and external stakeholders.
  • Elevating unresolved issues to supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in finance, customer service, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills.
  • Quick learner open to constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zendesk.
  • Knowledge of the crypto/finance-technology industry.
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, etc.).
  • Previous experience in call center customer service is a plus.
