About this role:

As a vital part of our team, your primary responsibility will be engaging with customers in real-time to address their inquiries and concerns through various channels like live chat, email, and social media. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective handling of complaints and feedback related to our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries across multiple platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
