About the Role:

You will become an integral part of Circle's Finance Operations team as a Senior Analyst responsible for designing and optimizing financial processes to accommodate the company's growth trajectory. Your pivotal role involves collaborating with various teams to implement and streamline finance transformation, automation, international expansion, and product development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in managing and executing finance transformation projects, such as ERP system implementation and process automation.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Data, and Treasury teams to support core finance processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure financial readiness for new projects and initiatives.
• Align finance processes with the company's growth and international expansion objectives.
• Develop documentation, monitoring tools, and contribute to change management and training initiatives for new finance systems and processes.
• Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to foster collaborative success.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field.
• Possess 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably supporting finance transformation, operations, or consulting.
• Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of finance operations, core processes, and systems.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
• Showcase exceptional analytical abilities, with a passion for metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Display organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to process improvement.
• Be self-motivated, proactive, adept at problem-solving, and capable of multitasking.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adept at adapting to new challenges.
• Bring experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Information:

• The position offers day-one PERM sponsorship eligibility for qualified candidates.
• Compensation ranges are determined based on relevant criteria and may differ by location.
• Compensation Package: Base Pay Range $102,500 - 137,500 plus an Annual Bonus Target of 12.5%, Equity, and Benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
