Senior Brand Designer, Special Projects
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer for Special Projects, responsible for spearheading pivotal projects within our company, ranging from creating new brand identities to leading flagship campaigns and confidential assignments of utmost importance.
Your key liaison will be the SVP, Executive Creative Director, ensuring collaborative efforts on these critical creative ventures.
The ideal candidate will exhibit autonomy in their work, demonstrating creativity, originality, and a superior level of craftsmanship to diminish the necessity for constant senior input. Apart from flawless execution, we appreciate individuals who can exercise judgment, possess refined taste, and showcase ingenuity.

Responsibilities:
- Direct the design process for significant and high-visibility brand endeavors.
- Implement and enhance visual identities across various products, partnerships, and platforms.
- Deliver design solutions encompassing identity, editorial, print, packaging, presentation, and spatial design.
- Contribute to flagship and confidential projects with our brand and various global partnerships.
- Present and justify design choices persuasively and confidently.
- Uphold high standards of craftsmanship, consistency, and visual excellence for the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in graphic or brand design.
- Showcase a portfolio demonstrating original and high-quality work.
- Essential knowledge in cryptocurrency.
- Strong interest in finance, technology, and culture-centric brands.
- Proficient in typography, layout, and composition.
- Demonstrated expertise in identity design such as logos, systems, and brand architecture.
- In-depth understanding of graphic design principles like grids, editorial thinking, and print.
- Exemplary taste and visual discernment.
- Portfolio featuring distinguishable, high-quality work setting it apart from industry norms.
- Ability to articulate and defend design concepts effectively.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in AI-enhanced tools, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Nanobanana, Higgsfield, etc.
Nice to Have:
- Motion or digital design expertise.
- Experience in the application of design elements to campaigns, social media, and spatial environments.
- Proficiency in image creation such as photography, AI, or art direction.
- Up-to-date awareness of present-day visual culture trends.
