About the role:

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for digital platforms like social media, websites, and video content. Collaborate with internal teams, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic, to produce visually appealing motion design solutions. Provide guidance to junior designers, offering feedback, industry best practices, and fostering skill development within the team. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas and techniques to projects. Take charge of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and surpassing expectations. Engage with stakeholders to grasp project requirements, offer creative input, and ensure design solutions meet business goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting, meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Create impactful visuals and content using AI Tools.
Requirements:
Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Advertising, or related fields. Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital design or agency settings. Proven track record as a Motion Graphics Designer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills. Deep understanding of effective content creation for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Proficiency in industry-standard motion graphics software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma. Experience or knowledge of AI Tools. Strong design and motion skills, with a focus on composition and storytelling through motion. Creative problem-solving skills, bringing innovative ideas to the table. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, adept at presenting and discussing design concepts with teams and stakeholders. Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior designers. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about staying current with design trends and driving innovation in the digital realm. Knowledge of fintech, crypto, and NFT industries is a plus.
