About The Opportunity
Located in Singapore, the Group Finance Analysis team is seeking a Finance Analysis Manager to contribute to group management reporting and finance analysis. The ideal candidate should be decisive, adaptable to ambiguity, adept at managing multiple projects, and delivering top-notch results with excellent communication skills.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing financial analysis and reports for Management: Involves producing and reviewing various materials to meet internal financial reporting needs such as monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, analytics, commentaries, and supplementary financial analyses.
- Enhancing business understanding through data analysis: Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to drive financial performance and identify areas for improvement, refining financial analysis across the Group.
- Spearheading process improvements: Collaborate with the Finance IT team to implement automation initiatives and enhance internal controls, aiming for a more efficient operational setup.
- Undertaking ad-hoc reporting and real-time analytics: Lead special projects as required in a fast-paced environment.

What We Look For In You
- 7-10 years of accounting and finance experience in global MNC companies or listed groups, including at least 3-5 years in a big 4 accounting firm.

- Proficiency in data analysis, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex information succinctly to stakeholders using various analytical tools.
