Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial ledgers and records.
  • Prepare financial statements and conduct data analysis.
  • Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Conduct timely reviews of financial records and address any discrepancies.
  • Handle and manage statutory payments such as TDS and GST.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Contribute to month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Netsuite software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.

工作职责:
每月、每季度、每半年和每年进行总账、AP/AR、银行、税务账务处理的准确性和及时性,确保结账流程所涉及的业务计量的完整性和会计准则运用的准确性。及时了解并研究会计和披露指南、同行公司披露,以提出外部报告的实践,并对公司财务处理和报告实施适用的变更;
 协调、促进和监督与公司、子公司和关联公司的结算和/或监管审计相关的各种财务报表编制中使用的数据,集团内部其他业务对外披露的财务数据进行复核和审查;
对接外部会计师团队,协助并为其提供相应的工作方向指引和思想领导力;
监控会计准则以及新交易和事件的变化,并与业务合作伙伴合作及时更新披露对于账务处理给予指导性方案;
编制集团对外合并报表、工作底稿和合并明细;编制财务管理分析报告 ,包括实际执行情况分析表和经营预测财务报表等,及时为最高管理层决策提供依据;
