Overview
As the Senior HR Manager, you will take the lead in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the expansion of our global organization. Your role involves crafting and implementing HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, consistency, and compliance across all regions. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset and strong engagement with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies for a global organization undergoing significant growth.
- Establish and oversee HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness while complying with local regulations.
- Serve as a key HR advisor to the management team, offering strategic insights to optimize organizational structure and staffing.
- Develop performance management strategies and training programs to promote professional development.
- Collaborate with internal managers to reinforce organizational culture and advocate for best people practices.
- Provide guidance to leaders and managers on effective team management and leadership development solutions.
- Create workforce management strategies to align team structures with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR specialists to deliver day-to-day HR services and develop effective partnerships within the organization.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of HR management experience in a dynamic global environment.
- Ability to blend strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to HR management.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively across all organizational levels and international branches.
- Experience in fostering a motivational workplace culture aligned with company values and mission.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past involvement in financial services, particularly in trading or investment banking.
