We are searching for a dedicated Senior Presales Consultant to play a crucial role in enhancing our sales operations within the MENA region. This position demands a profound comprehension of our product range, the ability to communicate value propositions effectively to potential clients, and the proficiency in crafting and presenting customized solutions that cater to client requirements. The ideal candidate will showcase exceptional technical expertise, outstanding communication skills, aptitude in forging relationships with key stakeholders in Leading Financial Institutions (LFIs) and Central Banks across the MENA region, and a proven background in presales or technical consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and proficiency in R3's products and solutions.
- Deliver detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to highlight the value and capabilities of R3's offerings.
- Interpret and express the business challenges and opportunities within capital markets that can be addressed by R3's technology.
- Develop and deliver personalized business cases and ROI analyses to potential clients, aligning R3's solutions with their strategic goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
- Respond to client inquiries such as RFPs and RFIs with comprehensive and compelling responses.
- Advocate for R3's CBDC and digital assets solutions to executive-level stakeholders in the MENA region.
- Generate and present strategic proposals that underscore the benefits and potential of R3's offerings in the digital assets sector.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and validate new business opportunities, supporting them across the sales cycle.
- Work closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and R3's product roadmap.
- Get involved in go-to-market programs that promote R3's solutions and value propositions.
- Stay updated on principal competitors in the DLT/blockchain and capital markets arena to leverage competitive insights in positioning R3's solutions.
- Utilize established relationships with key figures at Leading Financial Institutions (LFIs) and Central Banks in the GCC region to enhance business development and sales endeavors.
- Expand and nurture a network of influential contacts within the financial sector to boost R3's growth in the MENA region.
- Be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time within the MENA region for client visits, industry events, and sales support activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a presales, solutions architect, or technical consulting capacity.
- Strong technical and domain knowledge in capital markets, blockchain, or DLT.
- Robust understanding of the MENA market and proven experience working with clients in the region.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for critical and creative thinking.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in English and preferably Arabic.
- Willingness to travel within the MENA region as business demands.
