Seeking a talented individual to fill the role of a Senior Product Designer who is dedicated to shaping user-centered digital experiences and enhancing product outcomes through design innovation.

The chosen candidate will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and improving critical user journeys on web and mobile platforms. This collaborative role involves working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to craft engaging experiences supported by both qualitative and quantitative data insights.

This position requires someone who excels in data-informed environments, understands business objectives, and can transform complex issues into user-friendly solutions. The role also involves contributing to design system development and promoting design culture within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of product design projects from initial exploration to final delivery.
• Enhance key user journeys using a combination of qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Translate intricate problems into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design materials such as user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Prototype and test user experiences, incorporating feedback and data-driven adjustments.
• Contribute to advancing the company’s design system for consistency and scalability.
• Align design decisions with business objectives and product strategies.
• Effectively communicate design reasoning through various mediums such as presentations, documentation, and storytelling.
• Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Advocate for design thinking and user-centered practices throughout the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of end-to-end product design experience.
• A robust portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and personal contributions.
• Prior involvement in medium to large-scale digital product development.
• Solid experience with user research methodologies for both discovery and validation phases.
• Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to drive design decisions.
• Familiarity with design systems and proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design rationale clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

• Expertise in B2C eCommerce and/or B2B SaaS product design.
• Comfort with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Design Thinking methodologies and Design Sprints.
• Background in mobile-first design environments.
• Exposure to high-growth product companies.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-management skills.
