About the Opportunity

We are actively seeking Product Designers to define our DeFi products, strategize, and craft exceptional user experiences. As we steer towards developing a premium Decentralised Platform for our Web3 users, your responsibilities will include enhancing transaction processes, refining data presentation, and implementing features that enhance the user experience on a global scale. This is a significant opportunity to drive impact and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver top-notch DeFi experiences. Responsibilities:

• Transform inputs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams into cohesive design outcomes, integrating design thinking across the product development cycle
• Address design challenges comprehensively, translating research insights into innovative product ideas and features, and subsequently designing the necessary workflows and interactions
• Assist the product development process through wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Asia and abroad within Product and Engineering to define strategies and devise effective solutions, advocating for user-centric design throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design direction assigned to you
• Enhance design quality by incorporating feedback from peers and stakeholders through structured Design Reviews, presentations, and facilitating design thinking sessions
• Mentor fellow designers across the organization, emphasizing craftsmanship, quality, user experience, and streamlined design processes
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields
• Proficient communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and advocate for design choices effectively
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams comprising Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers
• Profound understanding of design critical thinking and user-centered design methods to create intuitive and reliable product experiences
• Results-driven with a knack for adapting to evolving circumstances
• Proficiency in experimentation and research techniques to independently validate designs
• Strong design aesthetics showcased through a varied portfolio

Desired Skills:

• Background in designing for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products
• Experience collaborating with teams in different geographical locations
• Familiarity with the React framework for Front End development
• Facilitation of design thinking workshops or design sprints with peers, stakeholders, and leadership
