About the Opportunity

Join us at OKX as a Senior Product Designer to be at the forefront of defining the crypto experience landscape. This role presents a unique opportunity to create intuitive, trustworthy, and visually appealing user experiences that set new standards in the dynamic crypto industry. Your role will involve shaping customer-facing designs that cater to a global audience, as well as influencing business-facing design practices to drive strategic decisions and product development. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will lead the transformation of ideas into design-driven solutions that resonate with users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Translate needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams into comprehensive design deliverables to ensure design is integrated throughout the product development cycle.
- Develop design solutions from concept to execution, transforming research insights into groundbreaking products and features, while designing workflows and detailed interactions to bring them to life.
- Support product development with wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and research to evaluate design effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to define initiatives, showcase thoughtful solutions, and advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership to shape the overall design vision of your designated area.
- Enhance design quality through feedback solicitation from peers and stakeholders, conduct Design Reviews, presentations, and lead design thinking workshops.
- Mentor other designers on design techniques, quality standards, user experience, and processes.
- Iterate on existing designs based on user feedback and data analysis, exploring design styles that align with the product positioning across different stages.
- Serve as the ultimate authority on product design, providing professional recommendations on product expression.
Qualifications
- Exceptional skills in user experience and interaction design, with the ability to apply basic interaction components effectively and make informed decisions in complex design scenarios.
- Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and advocate for design decisions effectively.
- Deep understanding of design's impact on businesses, with a proven track record of empowering businesses in large-scale projects.
- Professionalism, ownership mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Experience in leading discussions and workshops to align teams, influence product goals, requirements, and spark innovative ideas.
- Keen aesthetic sense, comprehensive knowledge of design evolution trends, domestically and internationally, with a focus on producing visually appealing and high-quality content.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Writers, and Researchers.
Desirable Skills
- Background in designing for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products.

We are seeking a technical co-founder or EIR to help bring a newly incubated venture infrastructure product to market. This is a 3-month remote contract role, ideal for builders with Web3 and AI experience who want to launch a company with hands-on support.
Iron Key has developed proprietary AI tools for internal workflows and is exploring opportunities to externalize these as software-based consulting services or standalone software products. As an EIR, you’ll play a critical role in shaping, launching, and scaling these innovations.

Lead Startup Development – Take an incubated idea from concept to market launch.
Drive Innovation – Bring your own venture idea or work on an existing Iron Key product.
Strategic Execution – Develop and implement growth strategies.
Hands-on AI & Web3 Work – Build and iterate on cutting-edge solutions in AI and blockchain.
Leverage Resources – Work alongside investors, advisors, and a global network to accelerate your startup.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Proven entrepreneurial experience – Ideally, you’ve built a startup before (even if it failed).
Deep Web3 or AI expertise – Hands-on experience in AI, blockchain, or fintech is a must.
Strong problem-solving mindset – Ability to pivot, adapt, and execute in fast-changing environments.
