Senior Product Designer (Predictions)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of new products for Crypto.com Predictions. In this role, you will lead end-to-end projects for both web and mobile platforms, leveraging your expertise in sportsbooks and prediction products to shape impactful user experiences.

You should excel in user-centered design, translating complex concepts into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Attention to detail is key, while also understanding the broader context of the user journey. Through research and design best practices, you will identify and address key issues to enhance product reliability and user confidence within the evolving crypto and financial landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for complex features, guiding projects from inception to launch while aligning with user needs and business objectives.
• Employ strategic thinking to streamline product and user flows, simplifying technical challenges into scalable and intuitive experiences.
• Deliver visually appealing and highly interactive designs that resonate with users, showcasing a keen eye for detail and seamless interactions.
• Conduct in-depth user research to inform design decisions, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to drive project outcomes.
• Clearly articulate the reasoning behind design choices, fostering alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Possess experience in designing for sportsbook or prediction platforms and demonstrate a strong comprehension of trading, investing, or financial tools.
• Approach work with curiosity, ownership, and initiative, thriving in dynamic environments focused on driving impact.

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Product Design.
• More than 2 years of proven experience designing for sportsbook or prediction market products.
• Proficiency in the entire product design process, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and preparing production assets.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma for design, prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Strong foundation in responsive and mobile-first design principles to create seamless cross-device experiences.
• Ability to design intricate data-driven workflows, translating technical concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
• Capability to iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and input from various teams while upholding design quality.
• Attention to detail with a focus on visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility.
• Collaborative nature, engaging with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions effectively.

Offered annual salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
