The Role
TaxBit is currently hiring a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to join their enterprise marketing team. This role involves working with a talented team of engineers and subject matter experts who are focused on getting things done efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of product marketing including sales enablement, product positioning and branding, product launch and in-app marketing, and content development through project management.

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the voice of the product and leading the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for an Enterprise SaaS product.
- Becoming an expert in the product, analyzing competitors, defining TaxBit's position in the market, and developing user personas in collaboration with the sales team.
- Creating comprehensive user personas with input from subject matter experts, sales, and partnership teams.
- Acting as the product representative in outbound activities such as sales calls, webinars, and marketing engagements.
- Collaborating with core engineering and product teams to stay updated on product development.
- Working with Product, Growth Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to establish an excellent lead-to-cash process.
- Designing marketing campaigns and content, both internal and external, to gain awareness and adoption among global commercial customers.
- Collaborating with the product team to deliver internal roadmap updates and external release notes.
- Collaborating with agencies and vendors to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that optimizes the customer journey and enhances conversion for commercial customers.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- You should be a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to develop branding and product messaging for the market.
- You should excel at multitasking and be efficient in a fast-paced environment. Being hands-on and getting things done should come naturally to you.
- You should embrace autonomy and take ownership of the product strategy and GTM plan to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
- You should be capable of gaining internal support for your strategy and budget approval, think critically, and work collaboratively with all teams and areas of the business.
- You should have the ability to assess business problems, collect data from key stakeholders, and develop a comprehensive strategy that overcomes barriers and drives resolution.
- You should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant product marketing experience, ideally in the commercial SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) industry.
Desired Skills
These skills would be advantageous for the role, although not required:
- Demonstrated experience in successfully launching SaaS products, implementing sales enablement strategies, and outperforming competitors.
- Familiarity with leading CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Marketing Ops (Operations), email marketing software, and other MarTech (Marketing Technology) solutions.
- Ability to create pricing and packaging proposals that facilitate rapid revenue growth by deeply understanding the market, buyers, users, and competition.
- Aptitude for crafting compelling content that resonates with the target audience, informing and persuading them to make a purchase decision.
- Experience managing substantial marketing budgets for executing global marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and events.
- Proficiency in delivering sales presentations for internal sales enablement, customer webinars, in-person events, and tradeshows.
- Flexibility and adaptability in adjusting project priorities and product strategies to meet market demands.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Additional Information
The base salary range offered for this role is $130,676 to $270,442. Certain positions may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. The actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, level, and qualifications.
