About the Position:

The role of a Senior Motion Designer entails collaborating closely with product designers, graphic designers, and 3D designers to craft compelling motion graphics and imagery featured across various products. Within a small visual team, this individual holds significant influence on the visual branding of services used by a global audience.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous situations, adept at translating abstract concepts into tangible, creative deliverables. Responsibilities:

• Propose innovative ways to incorporate motion into the user experience across applications and websites
• Implement motion design at all levels of product development, ranging from micro-interactions and data visualization to icons and illustrations
• Enhance existing static assets through dynamic motion graphics
• Skillfully utilize a variety of tools and swiftly navigate between them
• Develop clear and accessible files for seamless sharing
• Establish a workflow to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborate with diverse teams, conceptualizing ideas, presenting work, adhering to timelines, and incorporating feedback
• Partner with developers to ensure faithful implementation of animations and motion graphics

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a motion designer
• Interest in and understanding of contemporary visual culture
• Proficiency in After Effects
• Familiarity with modern tools like Cavalry, Rive, and web-based animation techniques (GSAP, CSS, etc.)
• Comfortable with the Adobe suite
• Experience with LottieFiles and preparing animations for development purposes
• Knowledge of Figma basics
