Description
We are in search of a seasoned Recruiter to become part of our team. If you are selected for this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process by sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talents for our expanding operations within a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to create a pool of qualified candidates for staffing requirements and developing recruitment strategies to maintain a strong talent base within the organization.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR and Talent Acquisition departments in conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Work closely with HR, senior management, and hiring managers to comprehend workforce necessities and craft job advertisements and role descriptions.
- Establish and sustain a robust talent pipeline to address existing and future recruitment needs.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by delivering timely communication and feedback during the application process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment tools to enhance operational efficiency continually.
- Coordinate with HR operations on employee matters such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and internal transfers.
- Collaborate with various internal and external parties to manage daily responsibilities and assist with employee inquiries.
- Compile and verify all new hire documentation while managing associated platforms efficiently.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems and ensure compliance with confidentiality and data privacy regulations.
- Conduct background checks on candidates, including Right to Work, DBS checks, and reference verifications.
- Keep meticulous records of recruitment activities and generate regular metric reports.
- Support HR strategic initiatives and participate in ad-hoc staff activities and events as required.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have over 5 years of demonstrated experience in recruitment within a high-volume, fast-paced industry.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and nurture relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities with excellent attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous exposure to recruiting for specialized roles across international markets is advantageous.
- Exhibit high-energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for recruitment.
- Proficient in working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software platforms.
