- Over 8 years of in-house recruitment experience, especially in a high-growth global organization.
- Proficiency in technical and leadership hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented recruitment approach.
- Quick adaptability to new technology stacks.
- Comfort working amidst rapid changes in a dynamic environment.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
