About The Role
As a pivotal member of our team, the Senior Talent Partner role is crucial in driving our vision to scale the most innovative blockchain gaming platform. You will be instrumental in overcoming intricate hiring challenges across various functions by creating strategic recruitment initiatives, establishing diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience that mirrors our core values.

You'll Be Empowered To:
- Supervise recruitment efforts spanning technical and non-technical areas, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted guide to senior management, devising tailored solutions to meet intricate hiring requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process efficiently, guaranteeing outstanding candidate experiences
- Devise and implement inclusive hiring practices to promote diversity and foster representative teams
- Establish and sustain talent pipelines to address current and future recruitment needs

- Demonstrated experience in hiring for both general business and technical roles, with a track record in managing recruitment processes in high-growth environments
- Proficiency in recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and engaging talent tactics across various functions
- Knowledge in managing employer branding campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
- Competency in data reporting tools for analyzing recruitment performance and providing actionable insights
- Dedication to diversity and inclusion with experience in executing inclusive hiring strategies
- Strong communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic setting, adapt swiftly to evolving priorities, and focus on achieving results
