Description
The Finance & Accounting (F&A) division encompasses several key functions including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. This collaborative team focuses on optimizing global financial projects with a keen eye for detail and a capacity to manage multiple exciting project scopes simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of settlement bank movements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement automated systems and processes to improve Treasury operations.
- Work closely with product and finance teams to streamline funding processes effectively.
- Incorporate risk management and control processes into daily tasks to monitor and mitigate risks while escalating issues when necessary.
- Manage regional positions, daily safeguarding, rebalancing activities, short-term funding strategies, and foreign exchange execution.
- Ensure adherence to different safeguarding requirements.
- Assist in conducting audit and compliance reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of Treasury experience in the financial services industry, particularly in regulated environments.
- Proficiency in Tableau and SQL (or equivalent).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
