Main Duties
- Design user-friendly interfaces for gaming and blockchain components, ensuring a smooth user journey.
- Conduct user research and usability tests to grasp player behaviors, pain points, and enhancement possibilities.
- Transform complex blockchain models into visually appealing and comprehensible interfaces.
- Create wireframes, interactive models, and high-fidelity designs for various features like marketplaces, dashboards, game menus, and entry flows.
- Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure feasible design solutions.
- Team up with multiple departments including product managers, game designers, blockchain developers, and marketing to align designs with business objectives.
- Promote design best practices and user-driven approaches across the organization.
- Develop UI/UX for essential features such as NFT marketplaces, wallet integrations, land management tools, and creator platforms.

Requirements
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design focusing on gaming and/or blockchain applications.
- Prior experience in designing for complex systems like multiplayer games, marketplaces, or Web3 platforms
- Familiarity with Google's Material Design practices and responsive design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge of user-centric design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.
- Understanding of blockchain concepts like NFTs, wallets, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
