We are on the lookout for a Senior UI/UX Designer well-versed in gaming and blockchain to spearhead the design of user-friendly interfaces for our unique platform. The ideal candidate must possess acute attention to detail, a dedication to user-focused design, and the capability to think innovatively to resolve intricate design challenges. Your role will involve taking part in design evaluations, usability assessments, and implementing design adjustments based on feedback for optimal user experience.

Main Duties

• Design user-friendly interfaces for gaming and blockchain components, ensuring a smooth user journey.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to grasp player behaviors, pain points, and enhancement possibilities.
• Transform complex blockchain models into visually appealing and comprehensible interfaces.
• Create wireframes, interactive models, and high-fidelity designs for various features like marketplaces, dashboards, game menus, and entry flows.
• Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure feasible design solutions.
• Team up with multiple departments including product managers, game designers, blockchain developers, and marketing to align designs with business objectives.
• Promote design best practices and user-driven approaches across the organization.
• Develop UI/UX for essential features such as NFT marketplaces, wallet integrations, land management tools, and creator platforms.
• Ensure smooth integration of Web3 features without undermining the gaming experience.
• Generate visually captivating designs that match Seedworld's style and brand identity.
• Help establish and uphold a comprehensive design system for consistency across platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and user responses to continuously enhance UI/UX designs.
• Remain informed about the latest gaming and blockchain trends, tools, and technologies to encourage progress.

Requirements

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design focusing on gaming and/or blockchain applications.
• Prior experience in designing for complex systems like multiplayer games, marketplaces, or Web3 platforms
• Familiarity with Google's Material Design practices and responsive design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and adept at prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Sound knowledge of user-centric design principles, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Understanding of blockchain concepts like NFTs, wallets, tokenomics, and smart contracts.
• Solid grasp of game design and player behavior in online multiplayer or user-generated content games.

Collaboration:

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly.
• Capable of independent work, task prioritization, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
