Social Media Manager
We are seeking two roles in different locations: one in the US and the other in Asia. The US-based role will involve engaging the community through social media channels using local trends and effectively collaborating with US-based partners. The Asia-based role will focus on coordinating with local partners in the APAC region.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media growth strategies tailored to resonate with local audiences and ensure operational efficiency.
Establish strategic guidelines for each social media platform to maintain consistent content themes and target specific audiences.
Generate trending initiatives and viral posts to optimize the marketing of products and community stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain a unified brand voice and ensure consistent quality across channels.
Define social goals, OKRs, and success metrics, and conduct data-driven evaluations to improve impact and ROI.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience in Social Media Management or similar roles.
Proficiency in AI tools and understanding of the current AI landscape.
Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects effectively.
Hands-on experience with social media management and posting tools.
Knowledge and experience in content management, campaign management, video production, photoshoots, and social media management.
Ability to create, edit, and repurpose content; familiarity with design tools is a bonus.
Interest in the financial services industry, keeping up-to-date with industry news and trends.
Excellent team player, highly organized, and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
