Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support within the customer service center, overseeing the maintenance and administration of phone systems, email systems, and online chat tools.
- Resolving technical issues encountered by customer service in product/service usage.
- Collaborating with the customer service team to enhance service quality and efficiency through the introduction of new technical tools and process enhancements.
- Conducting research and evaluating new technologies for potential integration into the customer service center.
- Regularly updating and maintaining systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Creating and managing technical support documentation for internal staff reference.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 1.5 years of customer service or technical support experience, with a preference for customer service center experience.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking counterparts from China/Hong Kong (international experience preferred).
- Familiarity with customer service tools like phone systems, email systems, and online chat platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrates resilience under stress and adaptability in various situations.
- Comfortable working in Tun Razak Exchange within walking distance of MRT TRX.
