Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct habitual customer onboarding and implementation tasks, along with handling ad hoc requests
- Establish and cultivate robust strategic relationships across key customer segments; Offer domain expertise to gain trust across various teams
- Clearly communicate value proposition, monitor performance metrics and KPIs, and conduct periodic executive business reviews
- Act as a representative for Customer Success to product, engineering, and go-to-market teams; Collaborate within the CS team and across functions to drive initiatives, share ideas, and provide insights reflecting the customer perspective
- Introduce new product features, advocate for business outcomes implementation with customers, and engage in the business outcome process
- Resolve intricate customer/vendor issues and anticipate negative service patterns proactively
- Create and monitor customer adoption metrics to enhance NPS performance
- Foster retention and growth within the specific customer segment
- Develop, adjust, and supervise the efficacy of internal customer controls
- Create scalable technical solutions, convert them into playbooks or runbooks based on customer needs, sizes, and roadmaps
- Lead joint success planning workshops, analyses, testing, and support for internal initiatives to enhance company tools and capabilities
- Set and uphold standards for data analysis, presentations, and explanations that are easily understood by internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficient in English with exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Availability during EST working hours
- Considerable expertise consulting on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure solutions
- Experience in devising and communicating financial analysis and optimization recommendations for cloud services in collaboration with technical and finance teams
- Familiarity with cloud spending/resource reservations and nuances of tagging strategies
- Strong affinity for working with data and driving outcomes through data utilization
- Proficient in Excel for analyzing complex datasets utilizing advanced functions like vlookups, index matches, named ranges, and pivot tables
Nice to Have:
- FinOps Certified Practitioner
- Certification in AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
- Proficiency in building BI dashboards and SQL authoring
