As a Talent Advisor, your main responsibility will be to assist clients with their hiring needs and candidates in their job search, managing the full recruitment process. Your aim is to maintain and expand a client portfolio, targeting industries where the company excels or venturing into new sectors. Collaborating closely with team members to discuss industry trends and share market insight, you will work together to secure deals that offer top-notch results and service to clients. Your role plays a crucial part in the strategic growth of the company and in establishing a positive reputation in all market segments.

What you will need
- Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, or relevant work background in sales, human resources, or account management with similar objectives and responsibilities.
- Seeking individuals with a proven track record of achieving strong billing results, eager to progress in an environment that prioritizes teamwork, employee success, and long-term connections.
- Key attributes include self-motivation, accountability, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, social adeptness, and strong interpersonal communication.

- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
What you will do
- Assigned as a Talent Advisor, striving for your best billing performance by establishing lasting professional relationships and offering exceptional client management. Your responsibilities include:
- Utilizing sales, business development, and marketing strategies to gather valuable market insights, converting them into commercial opportunities.
- Proactively reaching out to and developing a network with potential candidates suitable for client requirements.
- Providing guidance to clients on hiring trends and strategies, and assisting candidates with CV writing, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, nurturing client relationships, interviewing candidates, negotiating terms, and finalizing offer details.
- Advising clients on enhancing their talent infrastructure, including employer branding, recruitment methods, interview practices, payroll, compensation, retention techniques, and talent development planning.
