About the Role:

Limit Break is seeking a TA Operations Specialist to join our expanding Talent Acquisition team in Tokyo. In this role, you will be responsible for offer management and onboarding processes, enhancing Limit Break's reputation as an outstanding place for candidates to interview and work. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to broaden their experience in a high-caliber recruiting environment as we grow further.

You will collaborate with the Talent Operations Manager to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, while also supporting the recruitment team with systems and processes for their success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of candidate interview processes, including scheduling, video interviews, offer management, background checks, and providing general administrative support.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
  • Maintain data integrity of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and on job boards as needed.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects such as events, campaigns, process creation, and reporting.
  • Schedule and participate in New Hire Onboarding sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in calendaring tools and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with an ATS system is a plus.
  • Solution-oriented, reliable, and anticipates the needs of both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Willingness to travel for company events and off-sites.
