  • They are looking for a Team Administrator to join their team of over 20 members, to provide essential support in managing administrative tasks efficiently, coordinating travel logistics, and organizing events seamlessly. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of day-to-day functions, contributing significantly to the productivity and success of the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling team expenses, processing reimbursements, tracking budgets, and reconciling expense reports.
  • Assisting in the planning of team events, meetings, and workshops, including venue bookings, catering arrangements, and managing logistics.
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
  • Organizing and maintaining team files, documents, and records.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Collaborating with different departments to facilitate effective communication and task coordination.
  • Providing general administrative support to team members and management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role or a similar position.
  • Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with data entry and record keeping.
