The role involves overseeing the accurate administration, valuation, and reporting of the Venture Capital and Token Investments Portfolio. Responsibilities include developing financial models, forecasts, and conducting financial due diligence on investments.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for portfolio companies and new investments, conducting valuation and profitability analysis.

- Ensure precise administration of all token investments and the VC portfolio.
- Spearhead financial due diligence for strategic minority investments and group M&A opportunities.
- Establish and maintain robust financial reporting systems for monitoring portfolio key performance indicators.
- Support financial closings and audit requests related to (valuation of) Digital Assets on a monthly basis.
Requirements for Success
- Hold a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Demonstrate substantial experience in financial modeling and analysis, ideally within financial services, fintech, trading, or investment banking.
- Possess a strong grasp of financial statements and analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of trading industry, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape; familiarity with Digital Assets is advantageous.
