Description
We are in search of a leader to oversee Marketing Intelligence and drive our analytics strategy. This position demands a proven professional with a background in analytics, data science, and hands-on experience collaborating with marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing scalable attribution models, advancing predictive models, and implementing AI-driven solutions to uncover valuable insights for enhancing customer growth. As a senior leadership role, this position offers high visibility and significant influence on company expansion.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and manage the roadmap for marketing intelligence.
- Recruit and lead a skilled team of analysts, engineers, and data scientists.
- Collaborate with Growth, Data, Finance, and Product Marketing leaders to facilitate data-based decision-making.
Measurement & Modelling
- Lead the implementation of multi-touch and probabilistic attribution approaches.
- Promote cross-channel ROI assessment and incremental measurements through marketing mix modeling.
- Improve predictive analytics for LTV, churn, and customer journey optimization using AI-driven models.
AI, GenAI & Automation
- Utilize AI and machine learning models for tasks like anomaly detection and predictive spend optimization.
- Implement Generative AI solutions for automated campaign insights, dynamic customer journey clustering, and personalized creative testing.
- Foster a culture of automation where insights seamlessly inform marketing strategies.
Data Infrastructure & Governance
- Supervise marketing data pipelines and models employing various tools.
- Ensure data governance efficacy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Reporting & Insights
- Create impactful dashboards in Tableau and provide regular insights guiding marketing decisions.
- Act as a conduit between advanced AI/ML outputs and marketing, ensuring direct influence on spend and creativity.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in analytics, data science, and marketing measurement.
- Proficiency in Attribution modeling, Marketing mix modeling, and AI/ML applications in marketing analytics.
- Experience with Generative AI solutions, AppsFlyer, Databricks, Google Marketing Platform, AWS & Google BigQuery, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong background in data governance, compliance, and privacy frameworks.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex analytics and AI insights into actionable recommendations.
- Preferred experience in rapidly growing sectors like mobile apps, gaming, fintech, or subscription models.
