Key Responsibilities

  • Providing concierge services to visitors and employees to ensure a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, including handling mail and deliveries and facilitating guest check-ins. : Responding to employee inquiries and offering assistance in issue resolution. Managing office supplies, courier services, facilities maintenance, security systems, access cards, and vendor relationships for optimized operational efficiency and workplace safety. Assisting in organizing and coordinating company events to enhance employee engagement, managing logistics, setups, and F&B arrangements. Processing invoices and documentation, maintaining monthly expense records, and tracking expenditure. Offering guidance to workplace assistants and overseeing ad-hoc operational tasks when required.
    Executing ad-hoc assignments efficiently and independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Holding a bachelor's or associate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Demonstrating more than 2 years of experience in customer service, event coordination, or administrative roles, with a track record in managing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in PC skills, particularly in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, able to effectively engage and present ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possessing a warm and approachable demeanor, with a demonstrated ability to perform in a multinational working environment.
