English caller for 21 Philippine travel-agency follow-ups
Paid, fixed-price customer-support assignment for an English-speaking freelancer who can place business calls to Philippine travel agencies.
Purpose: follow up quotation enquiries already emailed to 21 travel agencies about a vehicle WITH DRIVER service INSIDE CHINA. We are seeking the agencies' China outbound or ground-handling quotation team. This is a transport quotation follow-up, not an investment promotion or a request to collect money.
Scope: call each of the 21 agencies on the supplied business contact list; identify the purpose of the call clearly, ask whether the previous enquiry was received, confirm who handles China transport quotations, and obtain the quotation status or expected response date. For unanswered numbers, make a second attempt at a different business-hour time. Respect a refusal and record it. Do not impersonate the agency or make a booking/payment promise.
Deadline: complete the agreed call list and written report by 20 October 2026, 18:00 Philippine time (UTC+8). Only apply if you are available to meet this deadline.
You provide your own line/VoIP that can call +63 business landlines and mobiles. Provide an exact fixed quote for the WHOLE assignment, including preparation, call charges, repeat attempts and reporting. Our maximum total budget is USD100; disclose any platform/network fees before agreement so the total stays within this ceiling.
Report: agency, number called, Philippine date/time, attempt/result, responsible person/department, quotation status and next step. Unreachable numbers must be reported accurately. Call recording is not requested.
