Urgent: English calls to 20+ Philippine travel agencies
URGENT: We need a Philippines-based human freelancer to make LIVE business calls in ENGLISH to more than 20 Philippine travel agencies. You must be available to complete the entire agreed call list and submit the written report by TOMORROW, 20 OCTOBER 2026, 18:00 Philippine time (UTC+8). Please apply only if you can meet this deadline.
The enquiry concerns vehicles WITH DRIVERS INSIDE CHINA for Chinese-speaking travellers. This is NOT Philippine local car rental. No English-speaking tour guide is required. We provide the agency list, business numbers, previous quotation request and a short script privately. Confirm the exact number of agencies in the supplied list before accepting; the initial batch will cover at least 21 agencies.
For EACH agency: call the business landline/mobile, ask for the person handling China outbound/group travel, confirm receipt of our enquiry, and obtain the quotation status or expected response date and responsible business contact. If unanswered, try again at a different business-hour time, with at least 2 attempts for no-answer numbers. Complete all numbers on the agreed list; accurately report unreachable numbers rather than claiming contact. An agency answering or issuing a quote is not guaranteed.
Use your OWN +63 phone/VoIP line. The MAXIMUM TOTAL BUDGET is USD100 for the WHOLE agreed list, including preparation, all calling charges, follow-up attempts and reporting. This is NOT USD100 per hour or per agency. Quote your fixed all-in price and any exclusions before acceptance.
Deliver a written call log: agency, number dialled, Philippine date/time, attempts and result, contact/department, quotation status and next step. Call recording is not required.
In your application provide: current location, spoken English and relevant telephone experience; own calling setup; exact all-in quote within USD100; earliest start and confirmation that ALL calls plus report can be completed by the deadline. A short English voice sample is helpful.
