Production Engineer – Hibachi DeFi Trading (Remote)
Hibachi is a next-generation decentralized trading protocol built for professional traders. We deliver CEX-level speed (sub-10ms execution) with full DeFi transparency using an off-chain central limit order book (CLOB), on-chain settlement, and zero-knowledge proofs.
We are looking for a Production Engineer to own the reliability, monitoring, and scalability of our high-performance trading infrastructure.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Strong experience in Production Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and DevOps
• Monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and other tools
• Managing deployments, infrastructure automation, and high availability systems
• Incident response, on-call duties, and post-mortem analysis
• Working with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
• Experience with low-latency or high-throughput trading/fintech systems is a big plus
• Familiarity with blockchain/Web3 infrastructure is highly valued
You will work closely with our Rust and Solidity engineering teams to ensure our trading protocol remains fast, reliable, and production-ready at scale.
