Job Summary
CertiK is in search of an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join their team. The role primarily involves overseeing all general accounting functions within the company, emphasizing accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in accounting processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Monitor general ledger maintenance and day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure timely and precise financial reporting to management
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Supervise Accounts Payable, Revenue Recognition, and internal control activities relating to financial audits
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Liaise with vendors, banking institutions, auditors, and other affiliates
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with a preference for both public and private sector exposure
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical mindset
- Team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated to learn and tackle new challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with NetSuite is advantageous
- Ability to work remotely in a diverse team setting
The salary range for this role is estimated to be between $102,000 to $120,000. CertiK welcomes applications for this position on an ongoing basis. The closing date for applications is tentatively set for June 1, 2024.
