Position Overview as a Business Partner
The Senior People Analyst is responsible for ensuring the execution and evolution of People processes and projects, managing the operational and tactical aspects of recruitment, onboarding, events, work atmosphere, career development, culture, engagement, and well-being for Ubiminds' core team. This role is crucial in translating People data and rituals into tangible actions that support talent retention, development, and performance strategies.
Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Lead onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent experience for Ubiminders in the core team.
- Recruitment and Selection: Conduct recruitment and selection processes for core team vacancies.
- Work Atmosphere and Engagement: Support the deployment and analysis of surveys (ENPS, Great Place To Work, internal indicators, talent individual sessions), compile reports, and suggest improvement actions.
- Career and Development: Support career development initiatives; maintain updated job descriptions and oversee performance evaluations and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to ensure accurate and structured information.
- Culture and Events: Organize and support culture and engagement initiatives such as Culture Week, UbiShare, workshops, online/presential events, celebratory kits, and birthdays.
- Administrative Management: Ensure document management precision (contracts, folders, benefits), oversee interactions with accounting, and provide necessary information for payroll processing.
- Strategic People Projects: Support the Head of People in implementing and monitoring structural projects (retention, atmosphere, career, mental health, engagement).
- Analysis and Reporting: Produce dashboards and reports on climate, turnover, engagement, and satisfaction indicators to inform strategic decisions.
- Business Partner Support: Collaborate with the Business Partners by providing data, organizing records, and supporting action implementation with Ubiminders.
Requirements
Experience: 5 years in HR, preferably in People generalist roles, Senior Analyst, or similar positions in technology companies. Education: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields. Postgraduate qualification in People Management or Organizational Development is a plus. Language: Minimum B1 level of English proficiency.
