Who You Are:
We are in search of a Client Onboarding Analyst to actively contribute to the client onboarding process from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, methodical problem-solver with the ability to adapt swiftly. They should have prior experience in financial services, a grasp of Customer Due Diligence/AML/KYC requirements, and a deep interest in the crypto landscape.
This role is based in the NYC office.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Compliance, Credit, Legal, and Tax teams to onboard new clients while delivering exceptional customer service and simplifying the process
- Update and maintain Onboarding Desktop Procedures to align with continuous business growth
- Assist in monitoring metrics and provide reports to key stakeholders on the onboarding pipeline and statistics
- Manage high-priority tasks from various teams across multiple locations
- Resolve escalated issues from diverse clients
- Engage with teams locally and globally to facilitate knowledge exchange
- Participate in enhancing and testing the Client Onboarding portal
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in Onboarding/AML/KYC from an institutional perspective
- 3+ years of client onboarding expertise
Bonus Points:
- Proficiency within a financial institution in a client onboarding role (Operations, Client Service, or Implementation)
- Interest and familiarity with cryptocurrencies

The base salary range specified will be determined by candidate experience, proficiency, and the local market. Final compensation is influenced by various factors such as expertise and experience. Our compensation philosophy encompasses competitive base salary, annual bonus, and equity bonuses.
