Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicative professional to collaborate across different teams in onboarding selected bank partners and overseeing Circle's integration processes with potential and existing partners. Your role involves managing resources and priorities effectively in the pursuit of securing Circle's global treasury capabilities through strategic collaboration with financial institutions and settlement partners. This position requires end-to-end ownership of onboarding and integration processes, collaborating closely with internal departments such as Business, Treasury, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal. Additionally, you'll engage directly with external partners to drive successful onboarding and integration efforts, providing regular updates to senior leadership on Partnership Operations team progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating successful end-to-end partner onboarding and integration through close collaboration with various departments.
- Identifying and resolving process obstacles to streamline onboarding and integration procedures.
- Creating a comprehensive database of commonly asked questions and responses to efficiently address partners’ due diligence queries.
- Leveraging project management tools to maintain effective project tracking amidst shifting priorities.
- Engaging with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and ensure alignment on timelines and expectations.
- Producing reports, dashboards, and visual aids for senior leadership to monitor team progress on key objectives.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the liquidity infrastructure and operations supporting local fiat on/off-ramps to USDC and EURC.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or the Payments industry.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or related field.
- Strong process-oriented mindset with a focus on enhancing onboarding standards.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing competing priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy levels.
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
