ASO & GTM Lead (Go-To-Market)
We are in search of an experienced ASO & GTM Lead to drive our go-to-market strategies and optimize our app store presence to enhance user acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in user acquisition, localization tactics, and app store optimization methods. This role necessitates a profound comprehension of both organic and non-organic digital marketing channels to effectively introduce and expand our apps in diverse markets.
Responsibilities
ASO (App Store Optimisation) Strategy Development:
Devise and implement comprehensive ASO strategies to boost app visibility and rankings globally.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies to enhance app metadata for better search discoverability.
Introduce localization strategies to customize app content for various markets and languages to drive higher engagement and downloads.
GTM Planning and Execution:
Take charge of go-to-market planning and execution for new app launches in different markets.
Collaborate with local teams and agencies to create tailored marketing content and campaigns.
Utilize a mix of organic and non-organic marketing channels to amplify user acquisition and boost app downloads.
User Acquisition Optimization:
Implement strategies for optimizing landing pages to elevate user acquisition conversion rates.
Analyze app store data and user feedback to continuously enhance user acquisition strategies.
Identify growth opportunities for user acquisition in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to ASO and user acquisition endeavors.
Produce regular reports to evaluate strategy effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to uphold a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or app marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in improving app rankings and enhancing user acquisition through ASO strategies.
- Proficiency in localization strategies and optimizing app content for global markets.
- Comprehensive understanding of organic and non-organic digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
