Key Responsibilities:
Handling support tasks with control over resolution or escalation through the ticketing process.
Analyzing customer problems, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with other departments to address customer tasks and issues.
Expanding and maintaining an internal knowledge base to keep it up to date.
Required Skills:
English language proficiency at least at the B2 level since we communicate with our customers in English. All communication with customers is via text, no voice chats.
 
Attention to detail, responsibility, proactiveness, and customer orientation - as basic and cliche as it sounds, it's important qualities since we are building financial products and it's extremely important to pay close attention to the issue at hand and determine what exactly is going on and why.

Diploma or Bachelors in STEM or business-related fields - we are totally cool with hiring students or people who just finished their education and are trying to break into IT.
Touched crypto in some way - either via buying some BTC, or participating in airdrops, or something similar.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to analyze and consolidate three client billing systems into one cohesive solution. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Stripe.
Responsibilities
Analyze the client's existing billing systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
Develop clear and concise acceptance criteria for the consolidated billing solution.
Create process workflows and user stories to ensure smooth implementation.
Support the development and implementation team during solution deployment.
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience working with QuickBooks, HubSpot, and Stripe. (Experience with all three billing systems is mandatory)
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in English (C1).
Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Role Summary
As a Crypto Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing the crypto assets held within the Crypto Fundraiser Pool. You will work closely with our core team to ensure that our asset portfolio aligns with our fundraising goals, maintains transparency, and adheres to best practices in risk management and compliance.
Duties/Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the performance of crypto assets, ensuring optimal returns while minimizing risk.
Develop strategies for asset growth, liquidity management, and diversification.
Conduct market research and analysis on cryptocurrency trends, trading strategies, and risk management.
Ensure the secure storage and transfer of crypto assets, utilizing hardware wallets, multi-signature setups, and other security protocols.
Collaborate with the fundraising and finance teams to align crypto asset management with overall financial objectives.
Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to cryptocurrency management.
Provide regular reports and updates on asset performance, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team.
Assist in developing partnerships with crypto exchanges, custodians, and other relevant stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience in decentralized finance (DeFi) and liquidity management.
Familiarity with regulations and compliance frameworks related to cryptocurrency.
Proficiency in using portfolio management tools and platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business (preferred but not mandatory with experience).
Proven experience in managing cryptocurrency portfolios and assets.
In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and trading strategies.
Familiarity with crypto security protocols, including cold storage, multi-signature wallets, and hardware wallets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
